Can someone tell me about yogurt....
 

and why I just read that you can eat it while LCing? Stonyfield Farms plain yogurt has (I think) 18 carbs, while all the flavored ones are even higher......what gives??? :q:
Also, can you tell me the way to figure out "Net carbs" and what you take into consideration besides the fiber?? I'm getting REALLY confused!!! :daze:
