Well, I've tried lots of great lc recipes and I have lots of favs.

However, for ease of preparation and great taste, this is the best. I can't seem to find the site I took it off so please credit the right person or site if you know it. Thanks, HL

I can't believe it's not fudge


Melt one square of bakers unsweetened chocolate in micro.
Add 2 Tbs butter, mix till smooth.
Add 1/3 full fat riccotta cheese, 10 splenda pkts, 1tsp vanilla
2 scoops chocolate designer whey protein powder.
It will be very stiff. If desired add toasted slivered almonds
1/2 cup or so, or add unsweeted coconut.

Drop by tspfull onto waxed paper or foil and freeze.

Thankfully, this is a small recipe. Really easy and outstanding.
