Hey 4everthin,
Just hang in there and you will do fine. I just did a search using popsicle and got back several pages of things. The problems that I have run into is that sometimes the search kicks out to much info. Peoples journals and things. looking at the thread name sometimes helps. If there is a better way to weed some of this out I'm not sure what is besy but I know that there is a search function sticky with lots of info.

As for making popsicles why not try diet rite sodas. There are sooooo many flavors out there (Kiwi strawberry, Tangerine, red raspberry, white grape ETC) and they are made with splenda. Hope this helps.

I haven't tried it, but why not use sugar free JellO and freeze it in a popsicle mold? Maybe add a little more water? or not. Also what about KoolAid flavored with splenda?

:) Thanks to you both for the suggestions-I will have to go looking for that soda-I didn't find it in my store-do you know what major stores carry it? I found another good web site for recipes and found a creamsicle recipe to try. what is the best web sites for recipes(besides here of course! :D ) ??????

Will you please post the creamsicle recipe? :)
I have made popsicles using jello and kool aid but it was a long time ago...I will try to find the recipe...if and when I do ,I will post it.
In the mean time I would just freeze any low carb drink in popsicle molds or dixie cups with popsicle sticks
Even decaf coffe,sweetener and cream...

Creamcicle recipe:

2 small boxes sugar free orange jello
2 tb splenda
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups boiling water
1 cup crushed ice

mix Jello with boiling water add ice stir till melted, add cream and spenda mix well and freeze.

simple, good fun-about 1 carb ea. serv-serves 8

I found that it does freeze ROCK hard and needs to thaw before
eating.

If any body has any other popsicle recipes -let's hear em'

 Thanks,

I'm excited to try the creamcicle recipe, sounds delicious. I'm weary of the asparateme in Sugar free jello and was thinking of substituting kool-aid packet mixed with 7 packs of splenda. Only problem is, I suppose this would double the carb count. Any suggestions?
