To enter the Chat Room, click on the Chat icon in the upper right of your browser. The window will open on the right side of your screen; just drag it to where you wish. Click on the Options button, you will be connected to the session. Don't worry if you are initially logged in as Guest 453 or some number. Once you are connected, click on the Options button again, you can then change your name to whatever you like. It will remember you forever after that!!

I KNEW I was forgetting to do something tonight!

I had tonight's chat bookmarked but I got so busy this evening! Was offered a sessional teaching position at UBC (Dept of English) starting in JANUARY - two sections - just found out yesterday. Had to go in after work to discuss textbooks, syllabus, etc. Came home late and had a million e-mails to answer. Didn't get the reading done I was supposed to (prep for a distance ed course I'm starting to tutor in January). And just plumb forgot the chat!

Sorry, people, I hope to remember next week!
