Great site for people wanting to get fit!!!!
Hi Everyone,
just thought I share this site with you. I'm not a runner at all, but a friend in a Dutch group showed me this site. Well first I told her: I'm not a runner, then I took a look at the site and, together we decided to try and run 5 kilometers in 30 minutes at the end of September. And really, honestly, I you have absolutely NO condition (is this an american word? I mean that you are not fit at all), like me.... :o it still can be done! It really very slowly builds up your training, and remember, I am also over 200 pounds... And the time investment is for the first 3 to 4 weeks, only 15 minutes a day, for three days a week! Yeah, they do that for you too...It's so easy! The only thing you have to do is get off your butt and start training!;)
