I'm so bad
I blew it. I have not gone more than 3 days in induction yet!!! I have CHOSEN instead to stay fat I guess. How pathetic is that. I will just lurk until I have something positive to report.

Ummm
What did you do? Is it really that bad?
|
hang in, and just start again. I have a very hard time staying good too, and this is certainly slowing my weight loss, but I do keep losing weight slowly but surely.

Take a deep breath...
You can do this! Induction is very difficult at first, but I promise that if you try your hardest to stick with it, eventually you will be able to. And after the two weeks, it gets a million times easier. Don't resign yourself or blame yourself! Though it may be second nature to some of us now, this was hard for just about every one of us in the beginning.
Since I know you've not given up (your promise to lurk and read tells me you just need motivation) we will all encourage you to get back on the horse, don't beat yourself up, and tough it out. You CAN do it! :) |
Thank You!!
I'll report in soon with good news I hope.

YOU CAN DO IT! (I did, and I really didn't think I would have the guts).
Now I'm feeling so much better (3rd week)...I've lost 3# - not a lot, but I am losing inches too. I only have 20 to lose, so I know it will be slower for me. You really don't get hungry on this after hanging in on induction for a few days. The hardest part for me was thinking I SHOULD eat the high fat, but it sure seems to be working! Even my DH said I'm looking smaller. :D :D :D |
Please don't be afriad to try again when you are in the right mind set, and totally prepared to give it a best shot, for yourself, no one else.
Keep hanging out here, Cheers Kathy |
