Picture Under Your Name - How Do I Do That?

I looked in my profile and did a search and I cannot figure out how to add a picture or graphic under my name ... boohoo :(
Help? anybody? :wave:

The edit options allows you to choose an AVATAR or add one. You may need to shrink your picture.... I beleive 100 pixels is the top for an Avatar.
