I'm a newbie...

Hi All!! I'm a newbie to Atkins, and even a newbie to forums. I've been reading a lot of your posts and I thought, "hey, this would be great for me", cause believe me, I need all the help I can get :p ! I'm only 4 days into induction, and already cheated last night with a White Russian :rolleyes: - my life story! Anyway!! I'm formally introducing myself, and hoping to make some pals!
