Low carb show FRIDAY
 

Hello everyone,

If anyone has not yet seen "Low Carb Revolution" on Food Network (me!) let me tell you it is on today, Friday. I think it's on at 4pm Central time.

Also, the new low carb cooking show starts this Sunday. I am glad I have a VCR since I'll be at church while the show is on.
