Active Low-Carber Forums - Hi! Just starting 3rd week of induction!

Hello everyone! I have finally decided to do the atkins diet seriously and by the book. I previously had done induction according to the web site, but then "fell off the wagon" because I couldn't handle all the meat and cheese, etc. I'm not sure why, but I am feeling MUCH better this time. When I did it last year I lost very fast, but I think it was at least partly due to not eating enough. Anyway, things are going pretty well now, the forum really helps me. I am suprised to be feeling so positive about a diet! I feel like I can actually handle lc-ing for the long term. (initially I just wanted to get as close as possible to my goal weight asap for my wedding in may, and although I still want to loose quickly, I am more open to the idea of really making this a lifestyle.) I am SO glad I stumbled on this site!!
