Here goes then.
The plan: to simply log what I do. It'll keep my journal for waffle musings and general feelings. This I shall keep to the he bare bones of what, how long, and good or bad outcomes. We will start with today :-). Sat and sun.
Not really proper trading overall 1 5km run, a day spent being active doing mountain biking. Sunday was an 11 km hill walk. Monday 5km hill run Gym session of weight lifting 5 km sprint training 1.5 hr kickboxing :-) |
True training disaster
only 1 crossfit session today, no lights for the bike this morning :-( |

Gym session this morning
Hit 5x5 at 90kg so happy with that. Pull ups and bench were ok DL not so. Then 5 km canicross, or just short as one of the othe pups had problems :-(. |
Easy day today
1 Crossfit session. To wet to cycle Hope for more tomorrow |
Crossfit today was a 10 mile assault bike.
Then I did a 5 km hill run, although we lost some folk so it had a break in the middle!! |
Sunday was a day off.
Monday: weights in the morning, did not push the weight, and will go up on thursday. then kickboxing that night. Avoided running though which was not good. Tuesday: 5km trail CaniCross CrossFit in the evening. |
Wednesday
7.5km hill run, slightly disturbed by some cows !! PM TABATA of bike, row, weighted lunges, and KB power clean. Thursday AM Weights PM Run 10km and kickboxing. |
Well today is simple
26 miles bike to work then 26 miles bike home :-) |
Saturday was just CrossFit in the morning.
Sunday was hill walking for 7 miles Monday, Gym and strength work in the morning followed by Kickboxing at night Tuesday: 8.5km trail run in the dark pm was CrossFit Wednesday HITT |
Thursday was poor as no exercise was carried out
Friday 5.5km hill run sat and sun away with army so although active no real exercise. |
Monday was the start of a new lifting routine as 5x5 has started to get old again !!
Went for 10x3 with 1 min off between sets. squat 92.5kg Bench 70 kg Pull up 12 kg on first of every set. Tuesday 10km train canicross Crossfit |
Wednesday
5.5km hill run - dog not being a nice pup and refused to run down the hill. I mean it used to be the up hill bit!! No HITT tonight as I have a lecture. |
