Glow Worm's Gym Log
I decided to start a gym log, so here it is. Glow Worm is my nickname by the way. Yeah, can you guess what my name is?
Monday: Ran/Jogged/Walked 2 miles Tuesday: Gym- Elliptical 45 minutes, Treadmill/Incline avg 10- 20 minutes. Weight Training on arms. Lifted 50, 30, 20 overhead Wednesday: Gym- sore as hell- sauna for 30 minutes Thursday: Gym: Elliptical 45 minutes, Treadmill/Incline avg 5- 15 minutes. Weight Training on legs- but took it easy. 40, 100 Friday: Gym- Elliptical 45 minutes, Treadmill 6/incline 5 minutes. Arms- 50, 30 overhead. |
No workouts this weekend- No jogging because of the rain.
This morning Elliptical 45 (600 cals) Treadmill incline 3-6, .5 miles (52 cals) Leg Press 100 lbs- 1 set. 110 lbs 3 sets of 12 Outer thigh 60 lbs- 3 sets Inner thigh 60 lbs- 3 sets 150 crunches with med ball. |
Elliptical 54min- 650 cals
Treadmill 5min-52 cals Arms: Pulling- 2 positions 60 lbs- 3 sets each Weight behind head- 20lbs- 3 sets, 10 lbs with free weight- 3 sets Half Pushups- 3 sets of 20 Arms were a little sore from carrying 4 lb weights on the treadmill yesterday- who knew? Please excuse my poor descriptions of the exercises I do- I have no idea what they are called and am too lazy to find out. |
Elliptical 30 min, 300cals
Treadmill 20 min, 80 cals Slow burn abs- killer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My muscles feel fatigued, I took it easy today. |
Much needed rest day today.

Today- 40 minutes elliptical. 15 treadmill- 500 cals abs |
Crazy weight training on legs.
30 min elliptical 15 treadmill 400 cals |
Sore legs. 30 minutes walking on treadmill.
half hearted weight training on arms and abs. Break tomorrow? |
No workout yesterday.
This morning- 45 elliptical- upped a level 7 15 treadmill with 5 lb weights 650 cals burned Leg training (110 lbs on leg press), etc and lunges. Hopefully I'll get something in this weekend :thup: |
