well, I climbed 16 flights of stairs and walked at costco for an hour...LOL I still need to do a real workout.

my arms are killing me...I have 2 therma care wraps on them. I ordered some biofreeze today too.

I think I am going to alternate cardio and strength training. # days cardio and 3 days strength training. For now, no upper body unitil my arms quit hurting. For now, nothing but body weight for lower body until I get stronger or lighter...heheheh Hopefully it will be both! :D

my arms are better today, but the right one is still hurting. I put anothr therma crae on it. I can't wait for the biofreeze to get here.

2 hours weedeating the grass(chest high in some places). I have got to get this under control. It doesn't help being sick, tearing a ligament, relapsing....ect..... Oh well :lol:
