Seems aptly entitled. A body is a temple. Should be a good place to log my physique changes as I focus on cardio and strength workouts.

before I took the kids to school. Saves time.
Under 20 minutes for my outside run 2.3 miles. Upper body workout today. |

Great workout:
2.25 miles 8% incline 4.2 mph Feels good. No weights yesterday. Need to improve on that! |
2 Cardio A Day For Past Several Days
AM about 10:00
19:30, 7 mph, ~ 2.5% incline AFTERNOON 25:00 ? About, 4.2 mph, ~ 8% incline |
Cardio - run experiment
3.8 miles
3.0 miles at 8% incline with 4.2 mph. Then experimented with 3% run at 3% incline at 7.0 mph. (previously had run a couple times at 2.5% incline) (Previous two days an incline walk at 3.0 miles at 8% incline with 4.2 mph. Feeling hungrier. |
