Well, I can hardly believe it myself but I have gotten through the 3rd day of induction! :yay: Mind you this is after a week of worthless tries. I am out of the cravings and my appetite has decreased. You guys helped, MUCHAS GRACIAS!! maybe I am hallucinating but my pants feel bigger, I took my measurements 2 days ago and what a reality slap. The scale dropped a pound and half. I am not going to weigh or measure my self till Sunday. Hope I can keep the motivation. Thats why I love atkins you see results fairly quickly in the beginning. Don't worry I know it won;t always be like that.
