Better to eat more or less!?!?!?

Is it better to eat more food (all low low carb like beef and what not) or eat less? I kinda lose more weight if i eat more. I just feel guilty eating more. Can someone help me out?

The key is to eat until your satisfied. Never let yourself go hungry, you don't need to on this WOL. One of the MANY perks of low carb! Trust your own body. Eat until your full but not stuffed, and if you aren't hungry, don't eat! There's no hard and fast rule as to how much you should eat on an individual level, so the above is what you should go by. I think they say you should eat something every 6 hours, but I find that I'm not hungry enough to eat that often. If you're losing more weight eating more, then go for it!

Hey BigLoss!

I agree with the previous post.. eat enough to make you feel full! I've had days (I call them my "hobbit" days) when I've eaten and eaten and eaten... of course when I do that, I make sure it's all near zero or zero carb snacks!

If you're losing.. do NOT worry about it!

While you might be able to overeat and still lose weight, I wouldn't do it. At some point you'll probably need to work on getting your appetite down and that is harder to do when you're used to over-eating.

Or try the Warrior Diet, I just overate and ended with a icecream dessert...

Read my journal for info on this diet. When I read the trouble people have with dieting I wish I could really show them the benefits in health and bodycomposition you get while eating more than most others. Except during daytime LOL>

As long as you are still losing, keep eating!

To cut down eating now would just serve to slow your metabolism. I can see no reason for you to go hungry now.
