Has anyone ever heard of T-Tapping? (see enclosed link)

I'm really curious about this method, and its claims...

It seems a little "too good to be true," but there are testimonials and such...I'm hoping someone else here has tried it.

The exercise videos may be decent...are they reviewed independently somewhere else? There is no magic to exercise, and if you get your heart pumping, your lymph system will too! I myself would be more inclined to get a few well reviewed videos that incorporate core training, strength training and low impact cardio (or high if you are getting fit and your frame can take it).

But the skin tightening stuff....I am highly skeptical that they offer anything that good nutrition, with a dose of omega 3's, a good moisturizing cream and exfoliating cloth can get you!

There's a previous discussion thread here about T-Tapp and skin brushing .. you might find it helpful .. http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=18982

I just ordered 3 T-tapp tapes from Ebay. Has anyone lost inches from these tapes as promised from the web site? I really need to lose weight and tone my abdominal area.

I ran into T tapping a while ago. I was doing it for a bit and enjoyed it. I think what it does is strengthen your core which is good. Now that I'm going to the gym I haven't been doing much exercising at home so I haven't done it.
