Atkins Bread Mix
 

Hello, a friend from work made me a loaf of bread from the Atkins Break mix, I want to try it to see how it tastes. I have been on the Atkins for about a month and a half and have a ways to go as well but can this bread mix cause you to stall? I hear people saying some of these products cause stalls but I want to try it. If I use it in moderation would I most likely be ok still? Please let me know what your experiences have been. Also currently I'm staying on the under 20 carbs a day thing right now, I dont know how many carbs are in the bread but I'm usually around 10-15 carbs a day anyway for the most part and drink appox 100 oz of water a day.

i use the atkins bread mix
 

and i really like it, much better than the fozen low carb bread. It has 3 carbs per slice and you get about 13-15 slices pre loaf. I use it in my bread machine and it reall turns out well. So far i have made the sourdough and the country white bread mixes and will try the rye next. We have it about two or three times a week, sometimes for a sandwich for dinner or toast for brekfest.
