Russell Stover's Chocolates?
 

I know that on the Russell Stover's chocolates we can subtract the fake sugars to get to the net carbs but do we also subtract the polydextrose?....Thanks in advance....:)

Things that end with "ose" usually mean sugar, so although I'm not 100 percent sure I wouldn't deduct to be on the safe side.

That said, I usually eat one of the small bags of these every week and they don't seem to cause any problems for me. I'm still losing about an inch a month off my waist - I haven't been on the scale since January.

As far as sugar free candy goes, I really don't like the new Hershey brand - they have something called lactitol instead of malitol. This stuff really gives me gastrointestinal troubles of the embarrassing kind.
