FitDay - precentages carbs?
 

Hi everyone,

I know that Fitday does take into account the fiber amount when figuring calories, but does it then adjust the precentages accordingly? I am trying to shoot for the forums recommended precentages of 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carb, but if I have flax o meal that shoots my total carbs up!

I would assume that it does, but don't sabotage yourself... contact Fitday and ask them. There's a contact link at the site.
