Putting a group together
 
Hello all we are going to start meeting in Springfield Il in January one time every mth. We are thinking Mondays. If you are at all enteristed please email me. I would love to know to find out who would love to come. Not a dinner just snacks and gathering. To share things and to help each other and see how it works.
O I am sorry.. I am Dale and my wife is Tammy and we live in Springfield IL. Tammy has lost 41 pnds and I have lost about 55 pnds now.. We love the low carb life...
