Well...I bombed out in the May challenge (my body is fighting me!). Hopefully June will be a better month! I am just hoping that the numbers start reflecting my inch loss!

I always join these challenges and then get side-tracked or something but O really want to stick with lowcarb this whole month! Btw Angie your weight loss maybe slow but judging by your photo you're definitely progressing.
