Can you subtract the fibre in Fitday?
I have just started using fitday. I had some peanuts tonight and the total carb count on fitday seems unrealistically high. However it is about right if I deduct the fibre. At the end of the day, can I subtract the fibre from the carbs on fitday to get a true reading?
