High Blood Pressure
When eating low carb, have any of you out there had to watch your sodium to when following a low carb diet?
Losing weight I'm hoping will lower my blood pressure. Has anybody out there lost weight and lowered their blood pressure with a low carb way of eating? Sheila |
My blood pressure has dropped from 140/90 to 120/70 and has stayed there. I have also lost over 20lbs and my blood lipid results are improved.
In a nutshell, I'm much healthier! BTW: I do try to avoid sodium, although it is hard since lunchmeat, bacon and anything prepared is full of it. Good reason to make your own fresh! |
