Hiya

Well, it looks like I made it in! ;)

I have been doing the Atkins plan for about a week and half or more. Since July 30th.

It has been an interesting ride!

Anyways, I am not sure what else to say except for hi and glad to be here! Looking forward to meeting some new people and losing a LOT of excess weight and maintaining a healthy new low carb lifestyle.

I have been SWAMPEd with work etc. and am just now getting back here.

I am craving today. But have been losing. so, hmmm
