reached goal what foodsto add?
i started my diet april 8 262#, june 16 215# now i need to add carbs but dont know which foods to eat. fruits-veggies-pasta ?
i'm going to the gym 3-5 days a week and feel i need to cut back on the fat % and increase carbs for weigt lifting.present diet is at 70% fat.can you maintain and build muscle on atkins diet? any suggestions would be helpfull!! |
