I'm on my way back!
 

Re-starting on January 4th. I was in the group of those that had lost 100lbs, but unfortunately I can't say that now. I remember the day I started thinking I was safe. To "taste" all the goodies at my in-laws 50th anniversary party was the beginning of the end...fast forward 2 1/2 years and I have gained almost all of the 130lbs that I lost back.
So here I am...6 months from turning 50 and trying to find myself again. I have come to realize that I cannot continue like this. With God's grace and the support of my family my journey begins again.

You can do this!!!! Like LC Mermaid said, you've done it before and you can do it again! This is a new chapter for you and can't wait to read it! You're going to do great. My one piece of advice for you is to spend some time journaling the "where's, when's and why's" of what led to regaining your weight. This group of people are great for support and information. We're here to help!
