Down another pound

:) Down another pound this morning. May be two, as I weighed after water and coffee.
I started 197 or 198 and I feel really good and I don't feel I am missing anything on this woe. I eat really good.

Updated

I went back and updated my profile. (Stats) I really started at 197 0r 198 and had lost to 176 when I started on this forum. I lost another pound this morning, so I am 175
