1 week down
Well one week of induction down today, 4 lb down by the scales. Im finding I am starting to loose my appetite a little, have had very little to eat today but am drinking plenty of water. Haven't noticed much of a change around the spare tire yet, I suppose this is the last place to let go of the fat. I am finding that I haven't had as much stamina during my run every 2 days, now I know why runners carb load before a marathon :), its a struggle, and I am hoping that as my body gets used to burning fat for fuel it will get easier.
