Goal: Best butt in the gym!!
Well, here I am again! I figured I started a new journal that it was time for a new gym log! As of 1/27, I have been on a mission in the gym...get the best butt! lol I have gotten 2 comments on the bum lately but I want to work on it hard core! Also, looking to get way back into the exercise thing! I have been doing great since 1/27. I figured I would start today with recording again here. I took measurements on 1/28:
Measurements: Neck 13 1/2 Chest 36 1/2 High Waist (Ribcage) 30 1/2 Waist 33 Hips 42 1/2 Thighs R 24 L 23 1/2 Calves 15 1/2 Arms- Cold: 11 1/2 Flexed: 12 1/4 Not sure about the weight b/c I need to buy a new scale but approx. I am about 183/4. Need to get calipers and take bf%. Also, I took some before pics. So, here is to a wonderful 2003!!!!!!! Linda |

Mon 2/3 AM cardio 25 mins elliptical...burned 227 cals (This is the first time I have done am cardio in ages!! YEA!) PM weights: Arms Hammer Curls 3 sets of 16 20 lbs Seated curls 3 sets of 12 20 lbs Tricep overhead 3 sets of 10 20 lbs Tricep kickbacks 3 sets of 10 15 lbs And I went to the gym tonight and felt GREAT! Tues 2/4 PM Cardio 1 hour on the elliptical....burned 716 calories!! High incline! PM Weights Legs Leg Ext 60lbsx12, 80x10, 100x8 Hamstring machine 90lbsx12, 105x10, 120x10 Seated Leg Press (felt my gluteus maximus being worked!) 170lbsx10, 180x8, 190x6 |
Didnt get much working out in this weekend b/c i was away. I did do abs and 40 minutes of shoveling before I left on Friday! What a back workout! lol
I plan on heading to the gym tonight!! :) It feels good to be back in the swing of things!!! |

I love your goal, "Best butt in the gym!" :lol: I changed my resistance workout last week and was cracking my friends up this weekend, walking around saying "My ass hurts!" every 5 minutes :lol: Anyway, sounds like you are doing well and had a fun weekend .. can't say I envy the snow, though :p It was sunny and in the 60s here this past weekend... but before you get too jealous, we are expecting rain this week ;) Keep up the great work... and cheery attitude! Was going to lift today but woke up with a SUPER tight sore back and some sore arms...got to love the shoveling!!
