Osteoarthritis in SI joints
Anyone found the steroid injections into the SI joints to reduce pain?

I went on the Arthritis/Bursitis diet in 2005 and haven't been troubled since. But I do have to stick on the diet, if I stray too much (like on vacation) I'll feel it coming back.
A doctor gave me this diet. I'm not giving medical advice here, but if you want to try it, here it is. It took about 2 months for it to work for me. For both arthritis and bursitis, treatment is similar: Bob |
Thank you, Bob.😊

You're welcome, Jean
I've been on this diet since about 2005 and am 99% pain free. If I slip off a tiny bit (have a boiled egg or something) it makes no difference. But if I go off too much, like when I'm on vacation, I can feel the pain coming back, so I know I've been 'bad'. That doesn't happen often though, I only go on vacation once a year, and haven't been since COVID. But when I'm in a different country, I do want to sample what they have to offer. Bob |
