hey all!!! i just wanted to say i converted one of my best friends to this diet 'cause we're ready to be the sexy girls we always knew we could be :) not sure what her log-in name is yet, but she's wonderful and i'm SO excited you all get to meet her and she gets to meet all of you!!! WOO-HOO :) this rocks...anyway...i STILL haven't slept for a couple days...ugh. yes, i'm going to bed NOW *L* 'night all...oh, and i got some bikeriding in today :) i need my bike adjusted...apparently i grew a lot!!!
