Crystal Light???
Is this alright to drink? I have not mastered drinking water all day yet and have found this to be really good. Any suggestions? Thanks :yay:

its ok if you can find it already in bottles made with splenda. in the powder form its not okay though.... you probably wont get the same benefits as water though... if you like the sweet taste, get your water really really cold (it seems to be sweeter then)

I believe in Crystal light cuz I believe in me!

I drink Crystal Lite, about 2 glasses each evening - I drink 100oz+ of water during the day, so I want something different - I also have 1 caffeine free diet coke each evening as well, with no side effects. Asparthame is supposed to trigger some, I think it's an individual thing.

There are 0 carbs in the powder crystal light - I have 1 glass every AM.

Crystal Light is one of my favorite drinks. I am too scared to drink it while on induction though, for fear the scale won't go down,

I really like Crystal light and dring it regularly. It does not seem to stall me as long as I drink all of my water too.

I've been drinking about half a gallon a day (in addition to a lot of water) since I started almost 2 months ago and it doesn't seem to be hurting at all.
The artificial sweetener in it might not be good for you though. |
Chrystal Lite is great. I keep a bottle of water on my desk and drink it all day. By evening, I am ready to drink something else. I bought a couple of the packets of the powder and enjoy drinking a few glasses every night. The Asparthame hasn't affected me at all. Once I find it in a bottle, I might be able to cut out my morning diet coke.
