Toaster Oven Pizzas

I made these this weekend. They were so quick and yummy! I topped 2 Wasa rye crisps (7 carbs total) with 1/2 tsp. tomato sauce each, a few pepperoni slices and a sprinkle of mozarella cheese. These make a great mini-meal and really satisfied my pizza craving!

Another pizza taste treat is a kinda upside down pizza. I take the large 3" diameter slices of deli pepperoni, top with a touch of sauce, some mozerella or muenster cheese and a bit of parmesan. Just broil for a minute and yum!
