Wheat Gluten and Soy Flour?
Hi! I was wondering if Wheat Gluten and Soy Flour were allowed and what the carb count is in them if they are. Thankies!

Here's the nutritional info from my package: Serving size 1/4 cup Calories 120 Fat 1 g Carbohydrate 6 g Protein 23 g |
Thanks a bunch. I found a recipe that requires it and I was just making sure it was alright before I went ahead and made the dish.
