Workout Plan
I just got a pass to Xsport Fitness Gym, im 16 and I was woudnering if someoen could set me up a workout in weight training and cardio, I definetly dont wanna by the free-weights b/c thats where all thous beastly guys are flexing in the mirror admirring their muscles, I just wanna use machines. So plllzzzzz help me out, im 16, 6'2, 182 pounds, thanks! :) :) :)
