birth control "fake pills"
 

I just had a thought today.
The 7 fake pills that you take with bc that keep you in the habit are actually sugar pills! What shall we do?

It's funny, but when I was on BC (for like 12 years), I never actually took those pills... and I'm not sure why. I just never did.

Maybe you can just not take them and move onto your next pack when it's time. Or, to keep yourself in the habit, take the pill out of the package daily, but throw it out instead of swallowing it. ;)

Very Interesting Though

I never take them (never have either), but to preserve the habit you can *pretend* like you're going to take them, but just toss them in the trash and toss back some water with no pill.

They only give you the fake ones to help you keep track and also keep the habit of taking a pill daily.
