induction

I fell off the wagon big time and have a question (I don't feel like looking through the old threads). Do I HAVE to do induction? I don't have a problem jumping right into it, but induction ummmm, sucks!?

I know many people do just that - start induction after going off the plan. I don't think you have to but what you should do is to cut all fake and SF foods (if you are having them) and eat lots of protein and fat plus low carb vegetables. Try to eat legal foods you really like, it should help you survive the first days.
I've never been in this situation, maybe someone else will have a more precise advice...

Good luck

I never redo induction, but then I normally stick around 20 to 30 carbs. I just go back to my normal eating pattern.

That depends. Are you having sugar cravings or problems controlling portions or appitite? If youdon't go back to induction, what's the plan? Are you going to continue on OWL at the carb level you were before?

Weather or not to do induction to detox or reduce cravings is completely up to you and wheather you think you need it.

What you do need to do though is look at what triggered falling off the wagon so it doesn't happen again. Was it a certain food or food group that needs to be avoided? If it was a stress reaction, how can you deal with it next time and not involve food. Ect.
