ATkins 72 & DANDR

What's the diff. betw. DANDR induction and '72 induction?

It's basically the same - except cheese is limited to 4oz daily and nuts are now excluded during induction.

Will have to read it again though just to check that if anything else has been restricted.

My take on the '72 Atkins--
Essentially, the purpose is to get you into KETOSIS, and to keep you there for consistent weightloss. No products, no "fuzzy math" foods (net carbs), just complete, whole, non-processed foods. 3-4 oz of hard cheese (MAX), 3 tbsp. heavy cream (MAX). 2C salad mix, and all the protein and fat you desire.
