Fat/Protein/Carb Ratio

Hi All,

Can someone confirm for me what the optimal fat/protein/carb ratio should be for induction, and does it change in OWL (apart from the carb% increasing a little). Apologies if it is in the book, I counldn't find it quickly.

I am consuming around 2700-2800 calories a day (as per my weight guideline). My current induction ratio is coming out around
59% fat
39% protein
2% carbs.

I'm finding that following the induction food guidlelines exactly, regarding carbs, my carb counts are around 10g digestible a day..... which is 2 cups salad, 1 cup allowed vegetables (and a few made up from cheese).

Atkin's doesn't say exact ratios, but people around here have mentioned a ratio of 70-75% fat, 20-25 % protein and 5% carbs.

Hope it helps,

Elihnig
