I'm totally new to forums altogether, but have just started Atkins and would welcome the support as it seems to be quite hard to sustain the diet in the UK (I found to my horror that we have rusk in our sausages!)

Rusk is like a sweet biscuit - it's usually given to teething children, but apparently UK sausage manufacturers think that it should also go in their sausages!!
