Could someone take a look ~ my Fitday?

I'm in week 3 - no loss of lbs on the scale. I was wondering if someone could take the time to look thru a few days of my Fitday and see if you can notice anything that I'm doing wrong. I only recently started Fitday, but I've been eating the same items pretty much from the start.

I do think I've lost some inches - clothes are a little loose.

I've been reading the posts of others, so I'll let you know what additional things I'm doing that should be of note:

I drink 1.5 gallons water per day
No caffine
No sweetener packs at all
I'm using NuSalt for Potassium
I'm taking the Atkins supplements (even remember the 1hr prior to meals most of the time for the Dieters Advantage)
I feel good
I'm not hungry - I make myself eat most of the meals
My pee smells funny - I didn't bother w/the sticks

I would appreciate any help!

Hi! Looks bang-on to me. You're even getting flax seed, which I must confess has been sitting on my kitchen counter for weeks and I keep forgetting to grind it up and take it. :) A+ !

Weight loss will be relatively slow, since you're already at a pretty healthy weight for your height. Exercise might be the factor that will speed things along a bit. Are you active?

Kristine, thanks for looking - yes, I have been forgetting to post the exercise on fitday. I have been doing a fast walk 30 min (3 mph) on a treadmill every other day. Maybe I'll try more exercise (I'm pretty active - job requires lots of walking - two story house with 2 boys ((3 including hubby)) lots of laundry, etc.) Karen

Looks good to me. How do you feel?

My only thought (but your losing so you may of course disregard) is that with working out I would probably try to up my calories a bit. Best weightloss on this forum is keeping to 10-12X your body weight in calories and you are really a little under the 10% mark... with exercise you may need more to burn.

All the best.
