Been exercising for a month. Had to start out with walking and Weights for Dummies to build my endurance back up. (oh why did I stop working out last year)
Been doing treadmill 3 x a week and weights 3 x week. Yesterday I finally completed the Firm (Aerobic workout with weights.. classic #1) :yay: and have barely any muscle soreness at all. Thank goodness I worked up to it. Today will be treadmill but because I won't be online later, my log is going to be running 1 day behind. |
Yesterday I did the treadmill. Programmed in #3 which is a 5% upgrade during the circuit. Set it for 50 minutes, 3.0 mph.
This was AFTER I had shampooed all the carpets in the house. YaY me. |

Today I tried eating 3 strawberries about 30 min before I worked out. I felt I had extra energy to put extra effort in. It seemed to work well. (Not to mention the strawberries tasted yummmmmmmm) |

:yay: and a big YaY for me because I did NOT want to do it, but made myself get on and promised I could not stop until I did two laps and I actually finished the program. First ten minutes of exercise my body always screams no. |

More improvement on lunges, I am pleased with this. Cramp in foot for last 10 min before the stretch. Think I must still be dehydrated from being ill last night. I Want Those Abs, Part I. |
