you may not have known this, but your local food bank probably needs your empty egg cartons!

Often, they get eggs donated in huge flats, and they need the cartons to divide them up into parcels that their clients can take home.

I just pile mine into grocery sacks in the garage until I get tired of looking at them, then take them in, like four times a year.
