Need Input Please On My Calorie Staggering Plan
I have been trying the REFEEDING or (CALORIE STAGGERING)-but apparently I misunderstood the info..??? Is there a difference?? My plan was to stick with 1200-1500 calories 5 days a week and on day 3 and 7 refeeding at 2000-3000 calories, but still watchin the carbs...(upping them a bit to around 30 on the refeed days-where as I normally have about 20 daily) but still mainly extra fat and protein for the extra calories. NOW~~~ Have I messed up royaly here? any input on this sort of refeeding plan appreciated
Some of My LC hiistory- I lost 5 lbs in the first week or so on Atkins induction, then nothing for 4 weeks ~ So~ I lowered my calories to around 1200 for a week, after the 4 week stall and lost another 5 lbs- but then was warned of starvation mode with the lowered calories and why I thought the refeeding might keep me from that and bring on additional weight loss in the long run..I am sooooo confused now!
