I've never joined a forum before or a LC WOE for that matter!! My DH is also with me on this ( along with my daughter and her DH). We got started 1/25/04 and it's going good: I'm down 6.5# he's down 12.5#, of course we have a lot to lose! The food is great, but there is so much to learn and the reading I have done here has really helped!

Between the forum and Atkins book I can find most answers, but I MAY have some slightly weird ones.

welcome Lindy I have found this site to be very helpful and they are very good at answering dumb questions I asked a ton so ask away.

Hello all, I'm LindyM's daughter. I'm so excited about finding this new way of eating! I think this is the first diet I've been on that has actually been fun, lol.

I'm looking forward to reading the forum and learning from everyone out there who is experienced at LC eating.

This place is great! I have found much support here and have made some great friends in the process. If you want to, I would suggest starting journals. It is a great way for you to track your progress and for members to visit and offer their support.
