Can anyone recommend a good website for finding nutritional values?

Click on Carbohydrate Counter from the Quick Links column to the right. Just enter the food name, then select your option from the list that appears to get a full nutrient panel (based on the USDA) for that particular food.

I like using www.fitday.com The only trouble is it uses averages, so sometimes different brands of food can be off slightly.
