New Yogurt Product by Dannon
Its called Lite n Fit Smoothie. It contains SPLENDA!
It was just released here in the U.S.A. last week. For those who eat yogurt and have good results - here's the link to Dannon's website and details. FYI...has active yogurt cultures and 15 carbs per 7 oz serving. 4 flavors. link: http://www.dannon.com/products/ligh...fitsmoothie.php |
Splenda! But, beware, they've also added fructose to the flavors I checked out. It's also fat free with added starch.
Note on guesstimating yogurt carbs. I take the sugar content and subtract 8g for the little bacteria who eat them. Then add that to the "other carbs." I would guesstimate Mixed Berry flavor with 15g carbs, 13g sugars as 7g carbs, 5g coming from sugars. |
sugar
HI,
Do you know how much sugar it has? I love yogurt but find the majority have a high sugar content, even those that claim low fat!! thanks Kat |
You are right - there are questionable ingredients but I figure its worth a try once you get into maintenance perhaps...definitely not induction or for slow losers on OWL.

Yvonne, I wasn't saying not to try it. I was just telling people who may not look closely that it's not as safe as eating full fat yogurt with your own flavor added, that's all. :)

I am definitely going to try it....sounds sooo good!!
