Week 4 Pictures!

1 Attachment(s)
Can't believe I'm posting these, but here goes....

Excuse my hair! I look horrible in the mornings...
I've lost 3 lbs and 7 inches on BFL so far...

Sherry B Sat, Sep-07-02 21:21

Wow!

In just 4 weeks you did all THAT?! Amazing! I can't believe it. In only 4 weeks?

I can't wait now to see what happens for me in three more weeks. I already feel like I'm accomplishing something, but it is hard to see it when you see yourself every day. I still don't have my "Before" photos developed. They are still in the camera, but I guess I will need to take some more maybe next week and then again in 4 weeks. I'm impressed. You have done really great.

I'm especially impressed by the rolls of fat you have on your back in the before picture that are just GONE in the after. And your side picture, no more bulgy tummy. Imagine what you are going to look like when you get to 12 weeks! I bet you can't wait!

Natrushka Sat, Sep-07-02 21:27

bye bye love handles

Nice job, Hula  Just imagine what 8 more weeks of that can bring you !

WOW!!

You look great!! 4 weeks is unbelievably fast!! I'm still not brave enough to post my underwear pics. Good job!!

HulaGirl Sun, Sep-08-02 02:35

Thanks, guys!

I almost dropped dead when I saw the pictures on the camera today!

I took a free day today, and I am totally jazzed to finish the challenge now! I'll post pictures again in another 4 weeks.

YIPPEE!

Hula, you look fantastic

I am more motivated then ever by your progress.
My actual weight scale has increased but I can tell
by my clothing that my fat is going away because
my jeans are getting loose.

I am on C1W3D7. I was very bloated and felt fat
my first two weeks into BFL and I almost gave up.
Now I feel like I am really gaining muscle and losing fat.

Anyone starting this program needs to be patient it will
happen. I follow it by the book and use Myoplex Lite shakes
for 3 of my meals.

I will keep up with your progress, I can't wait to see
your end of challenge photos.
You are an inspiration to me and to many others. :D

Way to go!

Your 4-week transformation looks as great as MOST people's 12-week... That's awesome! I hope you officially entered the Challenge, at this rate you could be a Grand Champion!

Wow!!!! TOO cool! I guess some days I feel like I'm not going to get anywhere, but then someone like you comes along and knocks the wind out of me. You rule!!!!!!!

I don't have "before" pics. Don't have a camera, and I'm NOT going to let ANYONE see me in shorts or a bikini...no matter how skinny/fit I get! LOL. I'm a coward, though.

But I'm sure glad you guys do before/after pics! It's so inspirational!

:cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

UNBELIEVABLE!

I am so impressed with your fabulous results so far! Are you LCing while doing BFL challenge or are you following the BFL diet? I am going to start the challege any day nowand am a bit confused to which way to go. I'm just getting used to the gym equipment right now.

I can't tell you how inspirational your pictures are! THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU! :)

HulaGirl Mon, Sep-09-02 00:37

Hi Prushus.....

Actually, I've been doing the BFL nutrition for the last 4 weeks. I have only lost 3 lbs, but as you can see, the scale can take a hike!!

It's all about losing body fat, baby! I'm at war with my body fat, and it's goin' DOWN!

Thanks for all of your kind words everybody. Gosh, I'm glad I could help inspire people the way I was inspired by Nat and others on this board! Without this crew, I probably never would have started Body for Life! :rheart:

Jalilah Mon, Sep-09-02 09:49

You're right about Nat and the others...and you really are a true inspiration! And yes...the scale can take a hike. Who needs it? LOL

:rheart:

Just saw your pics. Can't wait to see the end results of your challenge. You are doing so well.

It's great to feel/see yourself changing, isn't it?

ReadyforLC Tue, Sep-10-02 11:23

That's great that you took the time to take the before and after pictures. You really have made substantial progress. I wish I had done that myself. Maybe I will do it now. Naw, probably not, I will always have something else more pressing at the moment. But your progress is motivational to me.

Your pictures are the proof that the scale is NOT the best judge of your success. Well done! Looking forward to seeing your next set of pictures
