Hello, experienced Body for Lifer, new here
 

Hello all, I'm Gwyneth, 24 years old, married and living in the Netherlands.

I'll mainly be haning out at the exercise forums, but didn't want to sneak in without saying hi!

I've been on Atkins for about a year before switching to Body for Life, I'm currently reading up on the CDK information, I'm thinking about doing that for a while to keep things interesting.

Hi there Gwyneth - I know I recognize you from the BFLW board. So glad you found us (just curious, was it from the Link I posted in the "Tips and Tweaks forum"?) I just wanted to say your C1 results are phenomenal, you've certainly come a long way.

I didn't got in here with the link you posted, I used to hang out here when I was still low carbing and jumped in here cause I found a link while I was searching for a friend.

I see that you're on Brx! I've read phenomenal stories about it and start reading the book last week. I like it! Definitely something for the future.

Gwyneth, DOH! Sorry blonde moment - I remember you now, from here as well as from 'tha other side' :)

I also did two BFL challenges and then jumped on the Body Rx wagon after following Deb's incredible success. I swear I've never been so sore in my life!

I'm with you on the weight training addiction; it's going to be part of my every day life for as long as I am able to lift.
